What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Hawaii Banners will not accept any returns for refunds once the artwork has been approved and the product has been printed and delivered.
What type of files are recommended for artwork uploads?

EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) AI (Adobe Illustrator) PDF (Adobe Reader PDF) PSD (Adobe Photoshop) JPEG (High Resolution JPEG) TIFF (High Resolution TIFF) PNG (Portable Network Graphic) Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPEG, TIFF files gets blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints. PNG files are commonly used for web graphics, logos, charts, and illustrations. Vector: Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted in any size, in proportion to your banner's size
Can you ship my banner?

Yes. Hawaii Banners can ship your order via FedEx 2-Day to all 50 states for an extra shipping fee of $15. All coroplast signs, aluminum signs, foamcore, wrap vinyl and banner stands will have a shipping fee of $30. Oversized items will have a shipping quote sent to the customer for approval.
How many colors can I have on my banner?

Hawaii Banners does not have a color limit on its custom banners, allowing you to choose as many photos or graphics as you want. Please keep in consideration the amount of photos and text you want in relation to the size of the banner.
Do finished banners have grommets or holes for hanging?

All of our banners include grommets placed every 2 feet apart - per industry standards. If your banner needs to have grommets placed at specific points or opt not to have any at all, please let us know in the ʻspecial instructionsʻ space on the order form. All our banners will have a 1 inch reinforced hem along all sides.
What type of payment do you accept?

All payments are made thru the invoice that we will provide to the customer via email. We accept all major credit cards thru Square.
What is the difference in banner weight?

Hawaii Banners offers premium 3M vinyl printed with latex ink in 3 different weights: • 13oz - The standard weight for all banners for both indoors and outdoors. Very durable. • 15oz - Little thicker than standard. These are used for more longer term installation that classifies as a blockout banner that does not allow sun light thru. • 18oz - This Heavy-Duty Vinyl is a rugged and durable 18 oz. blockout banner material that is specifically designed for optimal strength and ideal for outdoor installations, even in harsh weather conditions. This print media can have printing on both sides and is the right solution for long term installations even in stressful environmental conditions.
Are the banners waterproof?

Yes. The vinyl banners that we print are waterproof and is durable for both indoors and outdoors.
Where is Hawaii Banners located?

Hawaii Banners is home-based business located in Hilo, Hawaii. Our physical location is 777 Komomala Dr. ALL orders are submitted thru our website. We refrain from having in person consultations for projects unless approved by admin. Only customers that are picking up their order are allowed at our property.
What is the largest banner you can print?

Hawaii Banners can do any custom size banner you want. Our smallest size is 2x3 and our largest can be 10x100. All banners are measured by height then width: A 3x8 banner will measure at 3 feet high/tall by 8 feet wide/long. All fraction orders will be charged at the foot price: A 2.5 x 7.5 foot banner will be charged a 3x8. Any banner larger than 10 feet will have a heat weld to join both pieces.
Can you do double sided prints and can you do pole pockets?

Yes. We can print on both sides of the banner on 18oz vinyl only. Keep in mind there will be a 1 inch white hem around the banners edge for reinforcement. Yes, we can do pole pockets on your banner. Please specify the diameter between 1-4 inch. Pole pocket banners will not have grommets or reinforced hem.
