All sales are final. Hawaii Banners will not accept any returns for refunds once the artwork has been approved and the product has been printed and delivered.

Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPEG, TIFF files gets blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints.
PNG files are commonly used for web graphics, logos, charts, and illustrations.
Vector: Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted in any size, in proportion to your banner's size
Yes, we ship banners via FedEx 2-Day to all 50 states for an additional $15. Coroplast signs, aluminum signs, foamcore, wrap vinyl, and banner stands have a $30 shipping fee. For oversized items, we'll send you a shipping quote for approval.
Hawaii Banners does not have a color limit on its custom banners, allowing you to choose as many photos or graphics as you want. Please keep in consideration the amount of photos and text you want in relation to the size of the banner.
Yes, our banners come with grommets every 2 feet, following industry standards. If you need them at specific points or prefer none, just let us know in the 'special instructions' on your order form. All banners have a 1-inch reinforced hem on all sides.
All payments are made thru the invoice that we will provide to the customer via email. We accept all major credit cards thru Square.
We have premium 3M vinyl banners in three weights: • 13oz - Standard, great for indoor and outdoor use. • 15oz - Thicker, perfect for long-term installations and blocking sunlight. • 18oz - Heavy-duty, ideal for harsh weather and long-term outdoor use. This can be printed on both sides.
Yes. The vinyl banners that we print are waterproof and is durable for both indoors and outdoors.

We refrain from having in person consultations for projects unless approved by admin.
Only customers that are picking up their order are allowed at our property.
We can print banners in any custom size you need! Our smallest size is 2x3 feet, and our largest is 10x100 feet. Banners are measured by height first, then width. For example, a 3x8 banner is 3 feet high and 8 feet wide. Fractional sizes are charged at the next full foot. Banners larger than 10 feet will have a heat weld to join the pieces.
Absolutely! We offer double-sided prints on 18oz vinyl with a 1-inch white hem for reinforcement. You can also get pole pockets; just let us know the diameter (1-4 inches). Keep in mind, pole pocket banners won't have grommets or reinforced hems.
